Why are visitors even looking at your website?

I was reviewing an interesting statistic I came across about how people use the internet when looking to buy something.

88% of online consumers use the internet to research goods and services. (DecisionAnalyst.com)

Think about it… RESEARCH goods and services.

The power is the hands of the consumer when it comes to the internet.

They are looking to get the best deal, the best value, a certain name brand, an “inside secret”, etc.

What are you doing to prove to your prospects that you are worthy of their business?

When it comes to the internet, putting up an “open sign” with your phone number will not cut it. You have to do something to draw the customer in, build a relationship, and get the customer to know, like, and trust you.

There is one tactic that has proven to work over and over for starting this conversation, and it jives with the entire reason people search the internet in the first place.

(Psst: I’ll give you a hint…

it starts with “f” and ends in “ree stuff”)

Watch the video to see how giving away free stuff can open a conversation with website visitors, turn them into prospects, and eventually turn them into paying customers.
