Refund Policy: Purchases are backed by a 30 day money-back guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. To request a refund, simply contact us via one of the following methods:

- If multiple products ordered, for which product or service you are requesting the refund
We may also request to verify your payment details (including credit card number or bank account number) in order to issue a prompt refund
Timing: Please allow 5-15 business days for refunds to post to your account, depending on your bank’s policies.
Refund abuse: Should a customer purchase repeatedly and repeatedly ask for refunds, we reserve the right to ban certain customers from purchasing again in the future.
